初步研究了原生质体无性系繁殖在光木耳 ( Auricularia auricula)遗传育种中的应用。结果表明 ,与原始菌株相比 ,光木耳原生质体再生菌株未出现遗传性变异 ;一些原生质体再生菌株的生产性状出现了有利于生产的改良。文章还探讨了蕈菌原生质体无性系繁殖的机理及其在蕈菌遗传育种等领域的应用前景
The preliminary studies on the application of protoplast clonal propagation in the genetic breeding of Auricularia auricula were carried out. The results showed that compared with the original strain, there was no genetic variation in the protoplast regeneration strains of the fungus Auricularia auricula. The production traits of some protoplast regeneration strains appeared to be beneficial to the production. The article also discussed the mechanism of fungal protoplast clonal propagation and its application in the field of mushroom genetics and breeding
