目的:探究支架成形术应用于颈动脉狭窄治疗前后的脑血流动力学对比情况。方法:选择该院2014年7月至2015年7月收治的52例单侧颈动脉狭窄患者(狭窄重度达70%以上),医护人员对其实施支架成形术的治疗方式,并利用TCD监测治疗前、后脑血流的动力学情况。结果:治疗后TCD检测数据,患者患侧的大脑中动脉Vs、Vm、Vd均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后患者的颈动脉PSV、EDV均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:将TCD用于检测CS患者的脑血流参数值,可有效分析支架成形术在颈动脉狭窄治疗中的效果,研究数据知,CAS术可显著改善患者的脑血流临床病状。
Objective: To investigate the contrast of cerebral hemodynamics before and after treatment of carotid artery stenosis with stent. Methods: Fifty-two patients with unilateral carotid artery stenosis (stenosis of over 70%) admitted from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were treated by medical staff for stenting, and TCD was used to monitor the treatment Kinetics of the anterior and posterior cerebral blood flow. Results: After treatment, TCD detection data showed that the Vs, Vm and Vd of the middle cerebral artery were higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). The carotid PSV and EDV of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: TCD can be used to detect cerebral blood flow parameters in patients with CS, which can effectively analyze the effect of stenting in the treatment of carotid artery stenosis. According to the data, CAS can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cerebral blood flow in patients.
