【据《Hepatology》2014年7月报道】题:I型干扰素可以快速抑制HCV颗粒的产生(作者Meredith LW等)干扰素(IFNα)治疗慢性丙型肝炎已超过20年,其疗效与感染的病毒基因型相关。IFNα作用机制虽尚未完全清楚,但现在一般认为其靶向在HCV生命周期的多个阶段发挥作用,如抑制病毒的转录和翻译进而使被感染细胞内病毒RNA和蛋白降解。IFNα与受体结合后几分钟内就可诱导干扰素刺激基因的表达,然而这种早期应答对病毒生命周期的影响尚未知晓。

Although the mechanism of action of IFNα is not yet fully understood, it is now generally accepted that its targeting plays a role in multiple stages of the HCV life cycle, such as inhibition of viral transcription and translation leading to the degradation of viral RNA and protein in infected cells. Interferon-stimulating gene expression can be induced within a few minutes after IFNα is bound to the receptor, however the effect of this early response on the life cycle of the virus is unknown.
