本文以项目经理的职业发展作为研究对象,把项目经理的薪资与岗位价值、岗位任职要求和工作绩效密切结合起来,打造有效的项目经理专业发展通道。首先对项目经理进行岗位分析和外部薪酬分析,设置专业发展通道等级,并针对不同等级进行任职要求画像。然后评价各等级岗位价值,设置各通道等级薪酬区间。最后形成项目经理岗位等级晋升管理机制和流程。鼓励项目经理岗位员工专精所长,引导其在竞争的环境中去增长知识、技能,努力提升岗位绩效和业绩贡献,从而实现项目经理自身价值提升和企业人力资本增值 的双赢局面。“,”This paper aims at the research of project managers career path.In order to build an effective channel of the projectmanagers professional development,we study the project managers salary under the influence of job value,job requirements and jobperformance. Firstly,we analyse the positionand external salary of the project manager,and setthe project managers levels of thedevelopment in professional channel,and describe the job requirements of the different levels of project managers.Then,evaluate theposition value of each level and set the salary range of each level.Finally,the management mechanism and process of project managerspromotion are formed. We should encourage the project manager to specialize in their strengths,guide them to increase their knowledgeand skills in the competitive environment,and let them improve their jobs performance and contribution.
