目的:了解高脂喂养对于发育期大鼠骨形成的影响,并探讨骨密度(BMD)与内脏脂肪及血清瘦素间的相关性。方法:两组5周龄雄性Wistar大鼠,分别给予普通饲料(CON组)和高脂饲料(HF组)喂养12周,双能X线仪(DXA)检测BMD,ELISA法检测血瘦素值。结果:两组大鼠体重无明显差异,但HF组内脏脂肪/体重比明显增高;HF组股骨BMD明显低于CON组,而血清瘦素水平高于CON组,内脏脂肪比及瘦素与股骨BMD呈负相关。结论:给予发育期大鼠高脂喂养会导致腰椎骨密度下降,其中的机制可能与内脏脂肪的堆积有关,同时还受脂源性瘦素的调节。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of high-fat diet on bone formation in developing rats and to explore the correlation between BMD, visceral fat and serum leptin. Methods: Two groups of male Wistar rats of 5 weeks old were fed with normal diet (CON group) and high fat diet (HF group) for 12 weeks respectively. BMD was measured by dual energy X-ray apparatus (DXA) . Results: There was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups, but visceral fat / body weight ratio was significantly higher in HF group. BMD of femur in HF group was significantly lower than that in CON group, while serum leptin level was higher than CON group. BMD was negatively correlated. CONCLUSION: High fat diet during developmental period may result in the decrease of lumbar BMD. The mechanism may be related to the accumulation of visceral fat and the regulation by lipogenic leptin.
