3月28日,省总宣教文体部在宜昌市工人文化宫主持召开全省部分市(区)工人文化宫主任座谈会。专程来我省调研的全国总工会宣教文体部文化处处长马恩成一行及宜昌市总工会党组书记、常务副主席周学文出席座谈会。会上,宜昌、十堰、鄂州、荆州、沙市、天门等地与会代表就文化宫改革发展的相关理论与实践问题发表了自己的观点——
March 28, the provincial Ministry of Education and Culture in Yichang City Hall of Culture and Industry held a presidential part of the city (district) workers Cultural Palace director forum.
