应用酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)和双肽氨基肽酶Ⅳ(DAP Ⅳ)细胞化学方法观察了人集落刺激因子(CSF)对ip环磷酰胺(Cy)小鼠外周血T,T_H和T_S淋巴细胞的影响。结果表明,连续给药5d后,Cy和Cy+CSF两组T,T_H和T_S淋巴细胞均出现迅速降低,而Cy+CSF组T淋巴细胞亚群降低的程度明显低于Cy组;药后d5,Cy+CSF和Cy组的T淋巴细胞绝对数分别降低为药前值的44%和25%;药后d7,Cy+CSF组的T,T_H和T_S淋巴细胞绝对数分别比Cy组增高约38%,60%和45%。
The effects of human colony stimulating factor (CSF) on T, T_H and T_S lymphocytes in peripheral blood of ip cyclophosphamide (Cy) mice were observed by using the method of acid phosphatase (ACP) and dipeptidyl aminopeptidase Ⅳ (DAP Ⅳ) Impact. The results showed that the T, T_H and T_S lymphocytes in both Cy and Cy + CSF groups decreased rapidly after 5 days of continuous administration, while the decrease of T lymphocyte subsets in Cy + CSF group was significantly lower than that of Cy group. After d5 , And the absolute numbers of T lymphocytes in Cy + CSF and Cy groups decreased to 44% and 25% respectively of the pre-drug value. The absolute numbers of T, T_H and T_S lymphocytes in Cy + CSF group increased by about 38%, 60% and 45%.
