本实验观察了55只乌拉坦麻醉、三碘季铵酚肌松、人工呼吸家兔中缝大核单位放电及电刺激脑桥结合臂旁内侧核对中缝大核单位放电的影响。结果1.家兔中缝大核中存在呼吸相关神经元,占15%。在所观察到的60个呼吸相关性单位放电中,吸气相关性单位13个,呼气相关性单位27个,跨时相性单位20个。2.电刺激脑桥结合臂旁内侧核对37.5%的中缝大核单位放电有明显影响。其中兴奋性反应占有反应单位总数的91.6%,抑制性反应占8.4%。结果提示:中缝大核可能参与呼吸时相转换机制。
In this study, we observed the effects of uvralat anesthesia, triiodothyronatophenone and artificial respiration on the unit discharge of the nucleus raphe magnus and the electrical stimulation of the pontine parathyrolateral nucleus to the unit discharge of the nucleus raphe nucleus. Respiratory related neurons were present in the nucleus raphe nucleus in rabbits, accounting for 15%. Of the 60 respiratory-related units observed, there were 13 inspiratory-related units, 27 expiratory-related units and 20 trans-temporal units. Electrical stimulation of pontine combined with the paravertebral medial nucleus had a significant effect on the unit discharge of the nucleus pulposus in 37.5%. Among them, excitatory reactions occupied 91.6% of the total responding units and the inhibitory reactions accounted for 8.4%. The results suggest that the nucleus raphe may be involved in respiratory phase transition mechanism.
