近年来,随着我国高校教育体制的改革,在人才培养方向上呈现出多样化的态势,各类艺术高校发展迅速,其中又以民办高校音乐专业最为突出。但同时,高校音乐专业毕业生毕业生激增,直接就业率不断下降局面。针对这一问题,笔者以广西外国语学院艺术学院作为研究对象,根据国家相关政策,结合自身实际情况,提出广西民办高校需要构建创新的实践教学,即“学、训、展、行,活力一体”实践教学平台。为专业教学搭建一个课内与课外相结合,校内与校外相结合,理论与实践相结合的立体化平台。平台的搭建,不仅有效地推到了专业教学改革,而且使学员自身人才培养更具针对性、更趋合理化。
In recent years, with the reform of the university education system in our country, we have shown a variety of trends in the direction of personnel training. Various art colleges and universities have developed rapidly, of which the most prominent is the music major of private colleges and universities. However, at the same time, there is a sharp increase in the graduates of college music majors and the direct employment rate has been declining. In response to this issue, the author takes Guangxi University of Foreign Languages Institute of Arts as the research object, according to the relevant national policies, combined with their own actual conditions, proposed that private universities in Guangxi need to build innovative practical teaching, that is, “learning, training, exhibition, ”Practice teaching platform. For the professional teaching to build a combination of class and extracurricular, school and outside the school, the combination of theory and practice of the three-dimensional platform. The construction of the platform not only effectively pushed the reform of professional teaching, but also made the training of its own talents more targeted and rationalized.
