通过微型烧结试验研究了单矿粉基础性能对中钛混合矿基础性能的影响。结果表明:单矿粉基础性能对混合矿基础性能影响较大。混合矿粉同化温度随着同化性温度高的单矿粉配比增加而升高;液相流动性指数随着液相流动性低的单矿粉配比增加先升高后降低;黏结相强度随着黏结相强度高的单矿粉配比增加而升高。混合矿粉同化温度与黏结相强度符合高温特性公式计算规律,可以通过计算预测,但液相流动性与计算规律不同,不能通过计算预测。
The effect of basic properties of single ore on the basic properties of medium-titanium mixed ore was studied by means of micro-sintering test. The results show that the basic properties of single ore have a great influence on the basic properties of the mixed ore. The assimilation temperature of mixed mineral powder increased with the increase of the single mineral powder with high assimilation temperature. The liquidity index increased first and then decreased with the increase of the single mineral powder with low fluidity. The strength of the binder phase With the binder phase strength of single mineral powder increased and increased. The assimilation temperature and the bonding strength of the mixed ore are in accordance with the formula of high temperature characteristic formula, which can be predicted by calculation. However, liquid fluidity and calculation rule are different and can not be predicted by calculation.
