抓典型是领导工作的重要方法,也是领导干部的基本功。年几年,各级对抓典型比较重视,收到了一定成效,但也程度不同地存在着抓的典型影响小、“寿命”短、“滑坡”快等问题。据对17个单位调查,1987年宣扬过的107个先进集体典型,不足五年时间,落伍的就有68个之多。其中,成为中间的有43个,问题较多有16个,成为后进的有9个。“滑坡”比例高达63.6%。笔者认为,解决这个问题,除了
