目的研究在体外人血清白蛋白(HSA)的非酶糖化反应中,加入丹参对反应的影响。方法用3H标记的葡萄糖和HSA进行非酶糖化反应,定量测定被标记的HSA的放射活性,同时用过碘酸钠氧化法测定反应液中Amadori产物甲醛释放来比较对照组及含丹参液组的差异。结果丹参组3H葡萄糖每日掺入HSA的量明显低于对照组,反应第8天时丹参组为对照组的57.7%,甲醛释放量为61.1%,增加丹参浓度,HSA非酶糖化被进一步抑制。结论丹参对体外蛋白质非酶糖化有抑制作用。
Objective To study the effects of adding Salvia miltiorrhiza on non-enzymatic glycation of human serum albumin (HSA) in vitro. Methods 3H-labeled glucose and HSA were used for non-enzymatic glycation reaction, and the radioactivity of labeled HSA was quantitatively measured. At the same time, the formaldehyde release of Amadori product in the reaction solution was determined by sodium periodate oxidation method to compare the control group and Salvia miltiorrhiza group difference. Results Compared with the control group, 3H-glucose incorporation in Salvia miltiorrhiza group was significantly lower than that of the control group. On the 8th day of reaction, the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was 57.7% of the control group and the formaldehyde emission was 61.1%, which increased the concentration of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Be further suppressed. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza on protein non-enzymatic glycation inhibition.
