选择新西兰白兔12只.随机分为三组.分别为对照组、药物Ⅰ组、药物Ⅱ组,分别腹腔注射生理盐水、高低浓度黄酮(5mg/kg、10mg/kg);观察注射前、后1h、2h血浆6JOGF1x、TXB2和六种切变事的血液粘度.结果表明:生理盐水组注射前后各项指标均无变化。黄酮注射前后血浆6KPGF1x水平均无变化(P均>0.05),黄酮注射后1h血浆TXB2水平无变化(P均>0.05):黄酮注射后2h血浆TXB2水平均有降低,其中低浓度组无明显降低(P>0.05),高浓度组明显降低(P<0.05)。注射后1h各种切变率血液粘度无变化(P均<0.05);注射后2h低浓度黄酮可明显降低低切变率血粘度(P均<0.05),高浓度黄酮可明显降低高低切变率血粘度(P<0.05,0.01)。提示黄酮在体内能够迅速降低TXB2、血粘区.具有良好的抑制血细胞聚集、抗血栓并可能促进纤溶作用。

High concentrations of flavonoids could significantly reduce the level of shear stress Rate of blood viscosity (P <0.05, 0.01). Tip flavonoids in the body can rapidly reduce TXB2, blood viscosity area. Has good inhibition of blood cell aggregation, anti-thrombosis and may promote fibrinolysis.
