以丁羟推进剂为研究对象,进行了多种温湿度条件下的吸湿试验、方坯药块的浸水及干燥恢复试验、干燥恢复对不同受潮程度丁羟推进剂爆热值的影响试验;依据吸湿过程中推进剂试样表面是否存在凝水现象、固体填料AP与粘合剂基体的粘接情况、硬度和爆热值的恢复程度确定了吸湿分级的3条分界线,即吸湿率为0.04%、0.15%和5%;将丁羟推进剂吸湿划分为4个等级,分析了各级的特征,给出了对处于不同吸湿等级的推进剂的相对应的处理措施。
The experiments of hygroscopicity under various temperature and humidity conditions, immersion and drying recovery test of billet tablets and the influence of drying recovery on the burst value of butoxy propane with different degrees of moisture were studied. Moisture absorption process in the sample surface condensate phenomenon, the solid filler material AP and the adhesive matrix bonding, hardness and the degree of recovery of the heat recovery value to determine the moisture classification of the three boundaries, the moisture absorption rate of 0.04 %, 0.15% and 5% respectively. The hygroscopicity of butyrolactone was divided into four grades. The characteristics of each grade were analyzed. The corresponding treatment measures for propellants at different moisture absorption levels were given.
