Hiroyuki Kitagawa等人采用循环单轴压力下的脉冲电流烧结法,制造Bi_(2-x)Sb_xTe_3(x=1.5,1.6及1.7),循环单轴压力为100MPa,温度为673K,时间为10min。X-射线衍射及电子背散射衍射图谱表明,所制造的烧结试样由C-面取向晶体构成,六方晶系C-面沿压力垂直方向排列,这是热电转换的择优方向。随Sb含量增加,Bi_(2-x)Sb_xTe_3的载流子浓度有增高趋势,若控制在(1.2~4.2)10~(25) m~(-3)范围,它的热电性能同现

Produced Bi 2-x Sb x Te 3 (x = 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7) by a pulse current sintering method under a cyclic uniaxial pressure of 100 MPa at a cycle temperature of 673 K for 10 minutes. X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction patterns show that the sintered samples are composed of C-plane oriented crystals and the hexagonal C-planes are arranged in the vertical direction of pressure, which is the preferred direction of thermoelectric conversion. With the increase of Sb content, the carrier concentration of Bi 2-x Sb x Te 3 has a tendency to increase. If it is controlled within the range of (1.2-4.2) 10-25 m -3, its thermoelectric properties are the same
