目的观察生脉注射液联合左西孟旦注射液对冠心病失代偿心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2014年5月-2015年5月我院收治的冠心病失代偿心力衰竭住院患者60例的临床资料,根据用药情况分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例病人。每组病人住院后均按照慢性失代偿心力衰竭的治疗给予常规药物。对照组给予左西孟旦,治疗组在给予左西孟旦的基础上,同时使用生脉注射液。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后左室射血分数,左室舒张末期内径,6min步行距离,比较两组在左西孟旦泵入过程中低血压发生率。结果两组患者治疗前性别构成、年龄、心功能分级,合并高血压糖尿病及LVEF,LVDD,6min步行差异均无显著性,具有可比性。治疗后两组患者左室射血分数,6min步行距离均有不同程度改善,且治疗组改善更显著,而左室舒张末期内径无明显变化。总有效率治疗组优于对照组。左西孟旦泵入过程中低血压发生率治疗组低于对照组。结论生脉注射液联合左西孟旦注射液能加强冠心病失代偿心力衰竭的治疗效果,且低血压发生率低.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai injection combined with levosimendan injection on decompensated heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 60 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease decompensated heart failure in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the medication situation, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. After hospitalization, each group of patients were given conventional drugs according to the treatment of chronic decompensated heart failure. The control group was given levosimendan, the treatment group was given levosimendan, based on the simultaneous use of Shengmai injection. The clinical efficacy, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and 6-minute walking distance were compared between the two groups. The incidence of hypotension during the course of levosimendan injection was compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, gender composition, age, heart function grading, hypertension with diabetes and LVEF, LVDD and 6-minute walk were not significantly different between the two groups. Left ventricular ejection fraction and 6-minute walking distance improved after treatment in both groups, and the treatment group improved more significantly, while the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter had no significant change. The total effective treatment group was better than the control group. The incidence of hypotension during levosimendan infusion was lower in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Shengmai injection combined with levosimendan injection can enhance the therapeutic effect of decompensated heart failure of coronary heart disease, and the incidence of hypotension is low.
