柑桔红蜘蛛是我省相桔的重要害虫之一,对其防治应采取保护和利用天敌,并适当结合使用化学药剂防治,将能收到更好的效果。经观察研究:捕食螨具有发育历期短,嗜食柑桔红蜘蛛,食料范围广和对某些化学农药不大敏感等优良生物学特性。因此,利用捕螨防治红蜘蛛是一种成本低、效果好、减少化学农药使用量,有利于环境保护的生物防治。在我国柑桔捕食螨有10多种。我省桔园常见的有东方钝绥螨、德氏钝绥螨、尼氏钝绥螨以及冲绳钝绥螨等,其中60～70％是东方钝绥螨,所以应充分利用这一天敌资源。 一、捕食螨的特征特性 东方钟绥螨一生经历卵、幼螨、前若
