随着年龄的增长,中班幼儿的自制能力和规则意识在逐渐形成,辨别是非的能力也有所增强。为了更加充分地体现“以幼儿为本”的教育理念,促进幼儿的能力和心理发展,自主管理一日活动,将给幼儿更多的自主活动空间和机会。因此,就班级一日活动中的一些实例来探讨中班一日活动中培养幼儿自主管理意识,可以开放时空,提供自主管理机会;改善活动,积累自主管理的经验;巧用评价,增强自主管理的信心。
As they grow older, the awareness of self-control and regularity of children in secondary schools is gradually being formed, and the ability to distinguish right from wrong is also enhanced.
