近些年来,许多公立普通本科高校和一些职业技术院校都开设了日语专业,笔者早些年曾经供职于普通本科高校,后又转型至高职院校,切身体会到普通本科高校的日语专业和职业技术院校的日语专业在师资、生源、课程设置和培养目标等方面,二者有着本质的区别。而不久前,国务院提出“引导一批普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型”。这意味着,在不远的将来,一些公立普通本科高校可能转为高等职业技术院校。本文意从心理准备、学习准备等方面,谈谈在“高校转高职”这个大背景下,普通高校日语教师需做好何种准备。
