对于工商管理来说,它在一定程度上影响着企业的转型。在我国的经济发展水平提高的背景下,工商管理扮演的角色越来越重要。由于经济全球化趋势不断加强,市场经济的发展越来越快,企业转型速度进一步提高,为了使企业和经济发展相适应,就要发挥工商管理的作用,使企业可以顺利实现转型。不过,在新的发展环境下,怎样进一步发挥工商管理的作用推动企业更好的发展,还需要进一步研究。文章从多个角度分析工商管理对企业转型的作用,引导企业管理者充分发挥工商管理的作用,为其提供借鉴,引发思考。
For business management, it is to a certain extent, affect the transformation of enterprises. In the context of the improvement of our country’s economic development, the role of business administration is more and more important. As the trend of economic globalization continues to strengthen, the market economy has developed rapidly and the rate of enterprise transformation has been further increased. In order to adapt the enterprises to economic development, it is necessary to give play to the role of business administration so that enterprises can successfully achieve the transformation. However, under the new development environment, how to further exert the role of business administration to promote better development of enterprises still needs further study. The article analyzes the role of business administration in the transformation of enterprises from many angles and guides the managers of enterprises to give full play to the role of business administration to provide reference for them and trigger their thinking.
