三天两头诞生一张报纸的日子已经成为往事,1996年创刊的报纸屈指可数。元月2日在南京市问世的《市场报·江南市场版》便是其中的一张。这张由《人民日报》的子报《市场报》和江苏省商业厅联合主办的经济类报纸,似可看作是《人民日报》在上海建立华东分社出版“华东版”以后,在大江南开拓的又一“据点”。用、报业系列化的眼光来“论资排辈”,这张报纸应当是《人民日报》第一张在异地出版的“孙子报”。
