一、依照干部成长规律和社会主义现代化建设的需要,建立相对稳定的班次和学制。这是干部轮训、培训工作制度化规范化的中心环节,是搞好课程设置和教材建设,改进教学管理,保证教学正常运转的前提和基础。据此,我们按照不同的培训对象,设置了下列班次:进修班,主要轮训现职处级以上党政领导干部。包括(1)厅局级干部进修班;(2)省直正处级干部进修班;(3)县(区)委正副书记、县(区)长进修班。学制三个月。用五年时间,
