某航空用不锈钢叶轮盘零件需要冲压加工该零件上均布的25对月牙孔,并满足相应的孔位置尺寸要求。根据叶轮盘的零件特征,确定了工件的冲裁方案。采用独特的模具定位方式,通过高精度分度盘、定位轴与轴销三者的配合,设计了一种月牙形孔手动分度冲裁模机构,实现了对该零件上25个均布的月牙形孔手动分度冲压加工。生产结果表明,该冲裁模结构设计合理、操作方便,冲压加工的工件尺寸完全符合图纸设计要求。
