目前应用于消化结核痰标本的消化剂如氢氧化钠,硫酸及磷酸三钠等对结核杆菌或多或少都有毒害作用,影响结核杆菌培养的阳性率。1957年Palen氏等人报告用胃蛋白酶消化结核痰并用戌烷(Pentane)浓缩获得较为良好的效果。本文报告除重复其试验并以常用的消化剂作对照比较其效果外,并把标本分别培养在10%二氧化碳及普通大气环境中以观察在不同的气体环境中结核杆菌培养阳性率的差别。
At present, digestive agents such as sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid and trisodium phosphate which are currently used for digesting sputum samples of tuberculosis are more or less toxic to Mycobacterium tuberculosis and affect the positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture. In 1957 Palen et al reported that pepsin digestion of tuberculosis sputum and concentrated with pentane (Pentane) to obtain better results. In addition to repeat the test reported in this article and the commonly used digestive agents as a control for comparison of their effects, and the specimens were cultured in 10% carbon dioxide and the general atmosphere to observe the difference in the positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in different gas environments.
