麻醉药品使用观察记录表的设计与应用

目的:探讨使用麻醉药过程中采用观察记录表对缓解患者癌痛的效果。方法:在癌症患者使用麻醉药品镇痛过程中,采用我科自行设计的麻醉药品使用观察记录表,记录使用药物及途径、药物剂量以及用药前后疼痛数字评分,对护士、患者及其陪护进行麻醉药使用观察记录表应用培训。结果:麻醉药品使用观察记录表能直观、准确、动态地记录患者的疼痛程度,及时观察止痛效果及副作用。结论:应用麻醉药品使用观察记录表不仅能让患者积极配合治疗,按时服药,从而有效地控制癌痛,提高患者的生活质量,而且提高了护士参与医师治疗癌痛的主动性、健康宣教水平和疼痛评估的准确性。 Objective: To investigate the effect of using observation record sheet to relieve cancer pain in patients during anesthesia. Methods: During the analgesia of narcotic drugs in patients with cancer, anesthesia nurses, patients and their patients were anesthetized by using observation records of narcotic drugs designed by our department and recording the use of drugs and routes, drug doses and pain numbers before and after treatment Medicine Use Observation Record Form Application Training. Results: The observation record sheet of narcotic drugs can intuitively, accurately and dynamically record the degree of pain in patients and observe the analgesic effects and side effects in time. Conclusion: The use of narcotic drugs observation record not only allows patients to actively cooperate with the treatment, medication on time, which effectively control cancer pain, improve patient quality of life, but also improve the nurses to participate in physician treatment of cancer pain initiative, health education and Accuracy of pain assessment.
