目的验证工作场所空气中氧化钙测定的标准方法在实验室的可靠性,进一步了解检测方法的检测质量。方法严格依照国家职业卫生标准《工作场所空气有毒物质钙及其化合物》(GBZ/T160.6-2004)操作步骤,绘制钙的标准曲线、实验中加标回收样本滤膜、测定精密度及检出限。结果实验得出加标回收率为90.8%~98.1%,精密度RSD为0.71%~1.42%,该方法的检出限为5.3×10-3μg/ml。结论焉耆县疾病预防控制中心承担检测任务的实验室,实验条件和检测结果均达到国家标准的要求,可以开展工作场所空气有毒物质钙及其化合物中氧化钙的检测工作。
Objective To verify the reliability of the standard method for the determination of calcium oxide in the workplace air in laboratories and to further understand the quality of the test methods.
