为实现急倾斜薄煤层刨运机组的机械化开采,依据采煤工艺,提出了和刨运机组配套的推移机构的方案。该方案满足了薄煤层的过人空间,并为刨运机刨煤提供可靠动力。根据实际需要,设计了推移千斤顶和摇摆千斤顶的结构,计算出2种千斤顶的推力和拉力。利用三维建模软件建立推移机构实体模型,对实体模型进行强度有限元分析,分析结果表明,推移机构所受最大应力为253.4 MPa,安全系数超过1.2倍,最大变形量为1.181 mm,变形量较小。
In order to realize the mechanized mining of the sharp inclined thin coal seam planing unit, according to the coal mining technology, the scheme of pushing mechanism matched with the planing unit is proposed. This solution satisfies the extraordinary space of the thin coal seam and provides reliable power for planing coal plows. According to the actual needs, the design of jacking jacks and swinging jacks has been designed to calculate the thrust and pull of two jacks. The three-dimensional modeling software is used to establish the solid model of the passing mechanism. The strength of the solid model is analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the maximum stress of the passing mechanism is 253.4 MPa, the safety factor is over 1.2 times and the maximum deformation is 1.181 mm. small.
