In the past, state-owned property rights disposal mostly adopted administrative measures. An enterprise did not sell, sell, and whom it sold, and how much it sold was calculated by the government. The emergence of property market will enable state-owned property rights to be widely solicited through open market channels and find more potential investors. By introducing a bidding mechanism, the value of state-owned assets can be fully discovered and state-owned assets can be sold at a good price. The establishment of a state-owned property rights-entry trading system that allows state-owned assets to rise in the sun is one of the obvious achievements made in the management of property rights of state-owned enterprises in our region. According to statistics from the autonomous region’s SASAC, during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, 175 state-owned property rights transactions were conducted in the region’s enterprises with a net asset valuation of 3.319 billion yuan, a turnover of 3.397 billion yuan and a transaction value of 78 million yuan,
