目的探讨脑室-腹腔分流术后并发肠穿孔的临床表现、病因及诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院南院神经外科近期收治的1例脑室-腹腔分流术后并发肠穿孔患儿的临床资料。并在＂PubMed＂和＂中国知网＂检索相关文献进行总结分析。结果本例患儿脑室-腹腔分流术后2年发生肠穿孔并发腹腔感染,行分流管拔除,同时予抗感染治疗后恢复良好。文献检索结果显示国内外共报道相关文献共115篇,病例142例。其中年龄≤15岁者95例（66.9%）,发生感染33例（23.2%）。结论脑室-腹腔分流术后分流管致肠穿孔是
