以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为功能单体,聚乙二醇200(PEG200)为致孔剂,采用紫外辐射聚合法,制备多孔聚合物poly(EDMA-co-GMA)。傅里叶红外光谱FTIR和光电子能谱XPS的结果表明,紫外辐射聚合法制备的聚合物poly(EDMA-co-GMA)表面含有环氧功能基团。扫描电镜SEM结果表明,聚合过程中引入致孔剂PEG200,能够一步得到含有环氧功能基团的多孔材料。氮气吸附BET结果表明,多孔聚合物的比表面积达到78.8m2/g。
Using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinking agent, glycidylmethacrylate (GMA) as functional monomer and polyethylene glycol 200 (PEG200) as porogen, using UV radiation polymerization method, Porous polymer poly (EDMA-co-GMA) was prepared. The results of FTIR and XPS indicated that the surface of polymer poly (EDMA-co-GMA) prepared by UV radiation polymerization contained epoxy functional groups. Scanning electron microscopy SEM results show that the introduction of porogen PEG200 during the polymerization process can obtain the porous material containing epoxy functional groups in one step. The nitrogen adsorption BET results showed that the specific surface area of the porous polymer reached 78.8m2 / g.
