目的评价Sysmex XE-2100分析仪幼稚粒细胞通道(IMI CHANEL)检测在白血病诊断中的意义。方法白血病患者35例均进行骨髓穿刺涂片检查幼稚粒细胞和Sysmex XE-2100分析仪IG检测。结果二种检验结果直线回归研究b=0.0866 a=2.2746 γ=0.4859。结论35例白血病患者的IG参数与骨髓穿刺涂片幼稚粒细胞检验具有一定的相关性,对白血病的早期发现、观察临床治疗效果、判断病情及预后具有一定的作用。
Objective To evaluate the significance of the detection of immature granulocyte-passageway (IMI CHANEL) by Sysmex XE-2100 in the diagnosis of leukemia. Methods Thirty-five patients with leukemia were examined by bone marrow aspiration granulocyte and Sysmex XE-2100 analyzer. Results of two kinds of test results linear regression study b = 0.0866 a = 2.2746 γ = 0.4859. Conclusion The IG parameters of 35 leukemia patients are correlated with the immature granulocyte test of bone marrow aspirate smears. It has some effects on the early detection of leukemia, observing the clinical curative effect and judging the condition and prognosis.
