白细胞介素-2(IL_2)是T淋巴细胞产生生的一种重要的淋巴因子,在免疫反应中起重要调节作用,可直接或间接调节T和B细胞的增殖反应,活化杀伤细胞和增强B细胞抗体分泌等。IL_2发挥生物学活性的前提是必须结合到激活的免疫细胞白细胞介素-2受体(IL_2R)。近几年来,对IL_2R的化学组成、分类、基因控制与表达及影响因素、IL_2R的功能与某些疾病的关系等均有较深入的研究,本文仅就上述问题作一综述。
Interleukin-2 (IL-2), an important lymphokine produced by T lymphocytes, plays an important regulatory role in immune response and can directly or indirectly regulate the proliferative response of T and B cells, activate killer cells and enhance B Cell antibody secretion and so on. The premise of IL-2 playing a biological role is that it must bind to the activated immune cell interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R). In recent years, IL 2 R chemical composition, classification, gene control and expression and influencing factors, IL 2 R function and some diseases have a more in-depth study, this article only to review the above issues.
