没有办公用房,曾是我省农村基层组织的普遍现象,这种“公章腰间挂,开会露天坝,晴天大树下,雨天支书家”的尴尬状况一度成为制约我省农村基层组织建设的瓶颈。目前我省80％的村有了村级综合办公用房,并以办公用房为载体,发挥其综合功能的作用,使其成为农村的活动中心、精神文明建设中心、民主建设中心、村集体经济建设中心。这是我省党的建设,特剐是农村基层组织建设的重大成果。
Without office space, it was a common phenomenon in grass-roots organizations in rural areas in our province.
