成人教育在理念上要创新,功能定位上要准确,建立真正符合社会需要的人才培养机制,而培养机制的核心就在于教学模式的创新与构建。本文认为,以满足学生的个性化教育需求为出发点,根据市场经济中不同职业需求对传统教学模式进行创新,构建以人为本的教学模式是今后继续教育在人才培养机制方面改革的主要方向。
Adult education should be innovative in its concept, accurate in function orientation, and establish a talent cultivation mechanism that truly meets the needs of society. The core of training mechanism lies in the innovation and construction of teaching mode. This paper argues that in order to meet the needs of individualized education students as a starting point, according to the different needs of the market economy in the traditional teaching innovation, building a people-oriented teaching model is the future of continuing education in the training of personnel reform in the main direction.
