目的 :评价羟基磷灰石眼座植入后钻孔手术的疗效。方法 :146例HA植入 6个月后行钻孔手术。用弧形视野计测量术前、术后义眼的活动度。结果 :义眼的活动幅度从术前的 18 7± 3 8度提高到 42 3± 3 7度。随访 1～ 40个月无继发感染等并发症。结论 :钻孔手术放置栓钉后不仅义眼的活动幅度增加 ,而且大大提高其活动灵敏度 ,改善患者外观
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of hydroxyapatite orbital implantation after drilling operation. Methods: 146 cases of HA implantation after 6 months of drilling operation. Using arc-shaped field measurement of preoperative and postoperative eyelid activity. Results: The amplitude of the activity of the eye increased from 18 7 ± 38 to preoperative 42 3 ± 37 degrees. Follow-up 1-40 months without secondary infection and other complications. CONCLUSIONS: Not only did the unaided eye increase its amplitude of motion when placed in the hole, but it also significantly increased its activity sensitivity and improved patient appearance
