应用放免法观察了二仙汤对老年前期雌性大鼠性腺轴功能的调节作用。结果表明：１８月龄雌性大鼠血清Ｅ２水平降低，ＬＨ和ＦＳＨ含量升高，下丘脑和血浆ＧｎＲＨ水平上升，垂体ＧｎＲＨ含量减少。用药后血清Ｅ２水平升高，ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ含量下降，下丘脑和血浆ＧｎＲＨ含量降低。其中，１０倍剂量组效果优于３０倍剂量组。二仙汤改善性腺轴功能，延缓衰老，可能是该方临床用治更年期综合征等疾病的生殖内分泌学作用机制。
The effect of Erxian Decoction on the regulation of gonadal axis function in presenile female rats was observed by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that serum E2 levels decreased, LH and FSH levels increased in 18-month-old female rats, and hypothalamic and plasma GnRH levels increased and pituitary GnRH decreased. After treatment, serum E2 levels increased, FSH, LH levels decreased, and the hypothalamus and plasma GnRH levels decreased. Among them, the 10-fold dose group was better than the 30-fold dose group. Erxian Decoction can improve the function of the gonadal axis and delay aging, which may be the mechanism of reproductive endocrinology in the treatment of climacteric syndrome and other diseases.
