近几年,梅毒的发病率呈上升趋势,而由梅毒螺旋体感染引起的咽炎极为少见,现将我院妇科所见梅毒性咽炎1例报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 症状 患者女,20岁,待业,未婚。20d前出现咽部疼痛、流涎、口腔有异味伴轻度吞咽困难,低热、干咳、声音嘶哑,全身略感乏力,无明显消瘦,外院诊断“上感”;口服环丙沙星(Ciprofloxacin)片、先锋霉素(Cefradine)片、草珊瑚含片治疗10d,症状无明显改善。咽部感染1个月后,外阴出现搔痒,2001年4月来我院妇科就诊。
