首次采用离子束增强沉积技术对钛基生物材料表面进行了Ti-O薄膜系统合成研究,获得了离子束合成参数—薄膜成分、结构—表面物理性质—抗凝血性能的相互关系,合成的非晶Ti-O薄膜具有超过热解碳的优异的抗凝血性能。
For the first time, Ti-O thin film system synthesis was performed on the surface of Ti-based biomaterials by ion beam enhanced deposition technique. The relationship between the synthesis parameters of the ion beam - the composition of thin films, structure-surface physical properties-anticoagulant properties was obtained. Crystalline Ti-O films have superior anticoagulant properties over pyrolytic carbon.
