目的 :建立正常牙合儿童X线头影测量正常值标准 ,研究其颅颌面发育特征 ,将有利于错牙合的诊断分析。方法 :选择 10 4例正常牙合样本 ,男 42例 ,女 62例 ,年龄在 12~ 16岁之间 ,对样本做X线头影测量分析 ,得出其正常值。对其颌面部做性别上的特征性分析。结果 :得出Coben分析法 ,四边形分析法 ,Ricketts分析法的正常值。结论 :虽然男女颅颌面结构发育特征很相近 ,但仍存在一定差异 ,而在大小方面男女存在明显的差异。了解正常牙合人群的颅颌面发育特征 ,将有助于临床诊断及矫治计划的制定
OBJECTIVE: To establish the standard of measuring normal cephalometric value of normal occlusion in children and to study the characteristics of cranio-maxillofacial development, which is beneficial to the diagnosis of malocclusion. Methods: A total of 104 cases of normal occlusion were selected, including 42 males and 62 females, aged 12 to 16 years old. X-ray cephalometric analysis of the samples was performed and their normal values were obtained. Make a gender-specific analysis of its maxillofacial region. Results: Coben analysis, quadrilateral analysis, Ricketts analysis of the normal value. CONCLUSIONS: Although the developmental characteristics of cranio-maxillofacial structures in both men and women are similar, there are still some differences, but there are obvious differences in size between men and women. Understanding the characteristics of craniofacial development in a normal occlusion population will contribute to the development of a clinical diagnosis and treatment plan
