一、构造课堂秩序,培养创新意识师道尊严是一个古老的传统,但是在高度发展的今天,它会成为束缚师生发展创新的一道屏障。化学课堂中,构建一个民主平等、自然和谐的课堂秩序,在这个新秩序中,不仅是教师讲学生听,再提问找学生回答,而是允许讨论、观点异议,形成多维交流。这样有利于学生勇于发现问题,专注于解决问题,从而学生的创新意识就在潜移默化中得到培养和发展。创设学习情景,可以增强学生学习的针对性,有利于发挥情感在教学中的作用,激发学生的兴趣,使学习更为有效。在创设学习情景
