春节,是合家团聚,共享天伦的日子,也是亲友往来、互诉衷情的时刻,更是吃、喝、玩、乐大放松的日子。随之而来的往往是起居无节、饮食无度、熬夜打牌、通宵娱乐……过年的许多源远流长的传统习俗,在给我们带来了喜庆体验的同时,也埋藏着深深的健康隐患。有些人如果吃喝玩乐不当或者情绪波动,很容易导致疾病突发。欢庆要有节,健康最重要。只有做好了各种防护,才能有备无患,才能确保欢乐的气氛不受影响,过好一个健康快乐的新春佳节。
