北京矿务局1984年研制生产的HDY型滑移顶梁液压支架,是介于单体液压支柱与支撑掩护式液压支架之间的一种新型支架,1985年通过了部级鉴定。它的特点是结构简单、体积小、重量轻、成本低、对工人的技术水平要求不高。这种支架经过几年的试验和使用,证明支护强度完全适应急倾斜斜切分层放顶煤工作面的支护需要,并从未出现扭坏、变形、压死等损坏现象。这种支架与单体支柱相比,支架整体性强,支柱无钻底现象,并可自己迈步前移,因而提高了支护机械化程度,减轻了工人的体力劳动,同时也减少了支柱的损坏与丢失,减少了回柱带来的危险性,保证了工作面的安全。因此它是一种投资少、见效快、适应性强(特别适于普采和炮采工作面)的机械化支护装置,在我国煤炭工业中有着广阔的发展前景。
