我们在以镉—邻菲罗啉—荧光桃红B三元络合物萃取光度法测定微量镉时,发现共存的锌等对其严重干扰。这也是许多光度法测定微量镉时常常遇到的一个问题。为消除锌等的干扰,采用甘油法、萃取分离法进行镉与锌的分离,均未能满足上述测定方法的要求。因此寻找分离微量镉与锌简捷完全的方法是有实际意义的课题。
When we used cadmium-o-phenanthroline-fluorescein B to determine the trace cadmium by extraction spectrophotometry, it was found that the coexisting zinc and other serious interference. This is also a problem often encountered in many photometric methods for the determination of trace cadmium. In order to eliminate the interference of zinc and so on, the separation of cadmium and zinc by glycerol method and extraction separation method failed to meet the requirements of the above determination method. Therefore, finding a simple and complete method of separating trace cadmium and zinc is of practical significance.
