我们于1997年6月-1998年7月，采用随机抽样、双盲法，按统一方案观察了120例脑梗死患者（治疗组70例，对照组50例）并进行临床分析，结果表明，地奥奥利达注射液与进口脑活素注射液治疗脑梗死方面有同等较好疗效。1材料和方法11一般情况共120例脑梗死患者，分为治疗组（70例）
From June 1997 to July 1998, we used random sampling and double-blind method to observe 120 patients with cerebral infarction (70 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group) according to the unified protocol and conducted clinical analysis.
