本文报道灯盏花注射液对家兔实验性微循环障碍及血液流态的影响。实验方法取家兔15只,分为实验组(12只)和对照组(3只)。先从耳缘静脉注射10%葡聚糖(分子量为50万)8ml/kg,隔20~30分钟后,实验组动物静脉注射灯盏花注射液(上海中药二厂生产,规格为2ml内含10mg,批号为801124)10ml/kg,对照组注射生理盐水10ml/kg。间隔一定时间后进行兔耳微循环观察,包括用目微器测量血管直径,用SBD-6示波器同步法计算血液流速(毫秒/厘米),此外从颈动脉抽血,作全血(比)粘度、血浆(比)粘度、红细胞电泳及血小板电泳等测定。
