新修订的《钢筋混凝土工程施工及验收规范》(GBJ204-83)对于混凝土的强度质量评定采用非数理统计法与数理统计法并列的作法。即对于一般结构,使用非数理统计法进行评定;对于重要结构,使用数理统计法进行评定。用数理统计理论对混凝土进行强度质量评定是一种科学的方法,它既可评定混凝土的强度质量的优劣,还可帮助分析混凝土生产的经济效果,弄清混凝土生产中影响质量的关键所在,进而指导、改进配合比设计,并确定最优化的生产方法。我们在中国有色金属工业总公司六建压力容器厂压力容器车间施工中,按照新规范的标准,用数理统计法对工程的重要结构部件——24
The newly revised “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Projects” (GBJ204-83) uses the method of non-numerical statistical method and mathematical statistics method for the evaluation of the strength and quality of concrete. That is, for general structures, non-mathematical statistics method is used for evaluation; for important structures, mathematical statistics method is used for evaluation. The use of mathematical statistics theory to evaluate the strength and quality of concrete is a scientific method. It can not only assess the strength and quality of concrete, but also help analyze the economic effects of concrete production and clarify the key to the quality of concrete production. Then guide and improve the mix design, and determine the optimal production method. During the construction of the pressure vessel workshop of the China Construction Non-ferrous Metals Industry Corporation’s Liujian Pressure Vessel Plant, we used the mathematical statistics method for the important structural components of the project in accordance with the standards of the new standard—24
