目的:了解衢州市城区民营医疗机构传染病报告及管理现况。方法:采用现况研究方法,对衢州市城区内民营医疗机构组织制度,门诊日志、出入院登记、检验室登记进行调查。结果:73.21%(41/56)的民家民营医疗机构组织管理制度不健全;具有传染病报告人员只有18家(32.14%);门诊日记登记本项目设置不全占76.79%(43/56);37.50%(21/56)的医疗机构实验室无传染病阳性登记本;存在传染病漏报现象;只有7家医疗机构开展传染病报告培训。结论:民营医疗机构应建立健全适合本单位的相关组织制度,开展传染病相关培训,提高临床医生传染病报告意识。卫生监督部门、疾病预防控制部门发挥职责,从而有效提高民营医疗机构报告质量。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of infectious disease reporting and management in private medical institutions in Quzhou City. Methods: Based on the current research methods, we investigated the organization system, outpatient log, registration of entry and exit and registration of laboratory in private medical institutions in Quzhou City. Results: 73.21% (41/56) non-governmental private medical institutions have a poor organization and management system; there are only 18 informants (32.14%) with infectious diseases reports; 76.79% (43/56) % (21/56) of the medical laboratory non-infectious disease-positive register; there is the phenomenon of underreporting of infectious diseases; only seven medical institutions to carry out infectious disease reporting training. Conclusion: Private medical institutions should establish and improve the relevant organizational system suitable for their own units, carry out relevant trainings on infectious diseases and raise awareness of clinical doctors’ reporting of infectious diseases. Health supervision departments, disease prevention and control departments to play its role, so as to effectively improve the quality of private medical institutions report.
