本文对液膜式空气雾化喷嘴内液膜厚度的特性进行了研究.从理论分析上简化了薄剪切层方程并求解得液膜厚度关系式,从而得到影响膜厚的流动参数及结构尺寸参数.又从大量实验中验证了理论关系式并得到这些主要参数对膜厚关系的经验式.此外,对气、液旋量的影响也做了实验研究并得结论.由于本文探索成功用电阻法测水膜厚度及用电容法测油膜厚度,使得对喷嘴内膜厚的研究得以成功.
