针对硝化纤维的易燃易爆的特点 ,设计了一种用于硝化纤维自动涂布机的温度实时监控系统 ,它能够对温度进行自动显示、越界报警和调节。本文主要从硬件结构和控制算法实现两方面做了详细的论述。
In view of the flammability and explosion characteristics of nitrocellulose, a temperature real-time monitoring system for nitrocellulose automatic coating machine is designed. It can automatically display temperature, cross-border alarm and adjust. This article mainly elaborated the hardware structure and control algorithm implementation in two aspects.
