近年来,由于各领域对于装备质量要求的提高,各研制单位引入先进的质量管理理念,加强装备研制过程的管理和控制,以此来确保研制装备的质量。本文根据实际经验,从组织层面,分析和思考了质量管理体系所要解决的核心问题,对装备研制单位人力资源管理制度的改进,以提高有限人力资源的积极性和效率。为研制装备质量的提升具有积极意义。
In recent years, due to the improvement of the equipment quality requirements in all fields, each research institute introduces the advanced quality management concept and strengthens the management and control of the equipment development process to ensure the quality of the developed equipment.
